My sister Laura and her friend Laura are headed to ARCO Arena home of the NBA Sacramento Kings. They are buying tickets to a February game to celebrate their birthdays. They were born two days apart. The plan was to go to Café Rolle for lunch after buying the tickets, but Café Rolle was closed until January 5th. So we will head to the Fox and Goose Pub House for Brunch.
The Kings Store where you can buy shirts and other Kings stuff is just around the corner from the Ticket Office so the girls will head over there after buying the game tickets.

From ARCO we head back to downtown Sacramento and the Fox and Goose Pub House for brunch. It is located on the corner of 10th and R Streets. Downtown Sacramento is fairly easy to navigate since the east-west streets are letters of the alphabet and the north-south streets are numbers. Except they renamed M Street, Capitol Mall.

Getting ready to order
As the girls are looking over the menu I wander to adjoining tables to take photos of the food.
Corned beef hash and eggs
A healthy omelet with a fruit cup
Bacon and scrambled eggs covered in cheese
Bangers and scrambled eggs with English country potatoes (red and russet potatoes with onion and bell peppers)

We have ordered and our food arrives. I have the "low caloric" Benedict Arnold which is Eggs Benedict with Welsh Rarebit instead of hollandaise sauce.

My sister has the Quiche of the Day with English country potatoes
Our friend Laura has a rather uninteresting scrambled eggs with English country potatoes, although she did get the sourdough walnut toast with it.
